Local Resales

Our family depends on clothing resales to get my kids’ wardrobes for the upcoming season. The amount of money we have save over the years is astounding. If your family is like mine, here is a list of some upcoming local resales that you may want to check out. If you know of one that is not listed, please leave the information in the comments below… so we all can save a little extra this season.
Friday September 7-Saturday September 8:
- Double Blessings Mothers of Twins Club Semi-Annual Resale- DuPage County Fairgrounds Exhibition Building, 2015 West Manchester Road in Wheaton
Friday, September 7th (setup and sellers/club members* only) and Saturday, September 8th (7:00am – 1:00pm) $1 admission charge, after 12 noon, free admission. Numbers will be handed out at 6:40 a.m. for earliest entry.
- DuPage Doubles Fall/Winter Resale- DuPage County Fairgrounds Main
Exhibit Hall (West Side)
Saturday September 8th, 7:00am-1:oopm The sale is open to the public. 1/2 Price sale on PINK TAGS ONLY on Saturday from Noon – 1:00PM (Doors close at 11:45am and reopen at Noon). Admission charge is $1:00 per adult. No Strollers/Wagons allowed. We suggest that you bring a laundry basket.
- Dupage Mothers and More Semi-Annual Resale- Dupage County Fairgrounds Home Economics Building
Saturday, September 8th 7:30am – 12pm and the Half Price Sale (white and blue tags) starts at 1pm – 2:30pm. No strollers allowed and no children allowed before 1pm. Cash and checks (with ID) accepted.
- Step by Step Early Childhood PTA Resale- Dupage County Fairgrounds, Building 4
Saturday September 8, 7am to 2pm. Half price sale 11:30 to 2pm. They do allow children to attend the sale as long as they are supervised. You can not bring in strollers or bags from other sales. No entrance fee.
Friday September 14-Saturday September 15:
- Trendy Tots Fall/Winter sale will be held at the DuPage County Fairgrounds – Building #4
September 14th 6:30-9:30pm (white and pink tags full price)
September 15th 8:30am-1pm (white tags full price, pink tags 1/2 price all day)
- First Church of the Nazarene Children’s Clothing Resale- 12725 Bell Rd. Lemont, IL
Saturday September 15- 9am to noon. Gently used, inspected and sorted clothing (baby to size 16), shoes, toys, games, books, electronics, CDs, DVDs, costumes, sports equipment and more! CASH ONLY!
- Timothy Christian Elementary School- 188 West Butterfield Road Elmhurst IL
Saturday September 8th 8am to noon, Cash, Visa, and MasterCard accepted for payment. Sorry – no checks. Adults welcome – no children please.
- Tri-Cities Mothers of Twins & Triplets Club- Mooseheart Field House Rt. 31 and Mooseheart Road (in between North Aurora and Batavia)
Saturday September 15, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. ½ Price Yellow Ticket Sale: 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Open to public; Admission $1.00. Bring something with wheels for your shopping convenience (wagon, stroller or granny basket, etc) or a large tote bag. No laundry baskets, backpacks or closed shopping containers are permitted. Cash or Personal Check only.

- Triplet Tree Semi-Annual Children’s Clothing and Toy Resale- Bethany United Methodist Church, 2200 Ridge Ave. in Aurora.
Saturday, September 29 from 9 am to 1pm, free entry to public, no strollers or wagons, 1/2 price sale from 12-1pm.
There’s another one at Saint Isidore School in Bloomingdale on Fri. Sept. 21 6:30-9:00 (no kids) and Sat. Sept. 22 9:00-12:00 (pink tags half price). The school is located at the corner of Army Trail Road and Gary Avenue. Great sale, they only accept items that are in EXCELLENT condition!
Infant/Preschool Clothing Resale. Thursday Sept 27th and Friday Sept 28th. Fall and Winter items newborn through size 6, shoes infant through 13.
