Weird Picture Friday: clowns in a bus

Ok, its not the picture that’s so weird as much as it is the story. Earlier this month I had a family reunion with my extended family. One evening, all the cousins in my generation left the grand kids with the grandparents and we went out on the town. Sound fancy? Well…we were escorted to a Preschool/Kindergarten sized bus with the word “Cousins” printed on the side. Yes, all 18 of us, ranging in ages from 25-47, grownups, parents, and not a few PhDs drove through town to our restaurant in style. Our driver even went so far as to drop us off at the front door so as to not let us off the hook of even one moment of embarrassment.
Honestly, it was hilarious. Oh, what we’ll do for a night out when you’re a parent!
